Builders have definitely seen an increase in demand and in particular they are reacting to a trend towards larger vacation homes containing 7, 8, 9 or even more bedrooms.
Gutted with foreclosures during the downturn, Orlando’s vacation-home market is making a comeback with big-name homebuilders rolling out neighborhoods of six-, seven- and eight-bedroom pool homes.
The communities, which are popping up within about 5 miles of the Walt Disney World area, come with resort-style lazy rivers, water guns, water slides and Tiki bars.
